Jamell Johnson For Little Elm Town Council - 2022
We can win a full three year term through 2025 this May 7th, but we need generous contributions from hardworking people like you.
Jamell has proudly served his community on Little Elm Town Council since December of 2021, following a historic, people-powered victory in a Special Election to fill the remainder of the unexpired, Place 1 Town Council term through May of 2022.
Mr. Johnson is also a proud US Army officer, former member of the Little Elm Board of Adjustment, loving father and husband, and committed law student. In addition, Jamell is a graduate of the town's Citizens Government Academy and serves as the Program Chair for the Zero Debt College Project's Male Mentor Program.
After years of meeting with the citizens and community leaders of the town of Little Elm, learning about their experiences and their specific needs of municipal government, Jamell realized now was the time for him to step up and fight for his community. Jamell is thrilled to declare his only special interests are the honest and loving people of Little Elm, and not powerful corporations or partisan organizations.
A long time community activist and advocate for human rights, Mr. Johnson has been a part of a number of organizations and nonprofits, including the National Criminal Justice Association, Dallas Area Compliance Association, and the Baylor Youth Foundation, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
