Jake! Thank you! I keep hearing the same thing from soldiers I have met here doing rotations to the front lines. There is a major personnel problem. Most soldiers here are now over 40. We need to unite all pro-Ukrainian influencers and celebrities to start an aggressive fundraising campaign to pay big bonuses to young recruits (21 - 35), Ukrainian or foreign with military experience, to be paid after 6 months of service. We need to match Russia who is paying $21,000 bonuses. Collectively we can easily raise a billion dollars. That’s enough for 50,000 young fresh troops. We would need to coordinate this with Ukrainian Government.

I follow the news every day hoping for good news about Ukraine. Until then, there is nothing more important than doing whatever we can to help!
