I have been donating to these fundraisers in memory of my father, Calvin Pastors, who was a combat medic in the 3rd US Army, 87th infantry, 312th medical detachment in WW II. He was in the Battle of the Bulge fighting for freedom and democracy!

Every evening I go to bed reading the latest news from Ukraine; every morning, the first thing I do is check for positive, favorable news for Ukraine. I tend to skip the sad ones — it’s been over three years since I started following the events. Slava Ukraini.
