The California Transportation Foundation (CTF) funds its efforts with contributions from donors like you. ABOUT THE JACQUELINE BALINGIT MEMORIAL FUND
Jacqueline "Jackie" Balingit, 48, a Caltrans District 4 Associate Governmental Program Analyst who was involved in a car accident and passed away from her injuries on August 16, 2024.
When Caltrans maintenance crew were asked for assistance to remove debris along Highway 280. Her husband, Chris and his crew were the ones that responded. To their surprise, the accident involved Chris' wife, Jacqueline.
She leaves behind her husband Chris, her two sons, two daughters, and a grandson.

Her sense of responsibility extended far beyond her duties; she cared deeply about the people she worked with, often going out of her way to ensure their well-being."
