Hi, I’m Jack Munns

Born and raised in Redding CA. An Enterprise High School Graduate, and majored in Criminal Justice at Shasta College.

My life experiences and professional background have uniquely equipped me to build a stronger, safer and more prosperous City of Redding as a member of the city council.

• Born and raised in Redding, CA.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.

• Spent 21 years with the Reno, NV Police Department until retiring in 2010 and returning to Redding.

• Former member of the Redding Grand Jury

• Wife Vanessa and two sons, Josh and Justin.

• Active in the local faith community.

• Ongoing volunteer in sports and social activities within the community.
