This permanent endowment is established at the Community Foundation of East Alabama, Inc. by the friends and alumni of Joseph F. Drake High school for the purpose of providing an annual scholarship for a Joseph F. Drake Middle School graduate(s) who is (are) an Local High School graduating senior. Descendants of Joseph F. Drake High School graduates (1959-1970) regardless of their High School location are also eligible.
