Al-Huda Islamic Center and Muslim community in Ithaca have reached a historic threshold in our goal to establish the first masjid in Tompkins County. We have now collected the necessary money to be able to sign a contract to begin the construction of our building.

Although we will be able to occupy and use the structure for most of our purposes, there are many things not covered in the contract for the basic building that we will want to have for a more fully functional masjid. Wudu rooms, prayer carpets, sound and security systems and other important items are things that we still need to raise money for, and with this we begin the next phase of our efforts.

Please consider donating one of the items listed to our masjid. May Allah (SWT) reward you greatly for even the smallest donation done out of sincerity.
