I Stand For Girls 2024

When you educate a girl, you empower her for life!

Kurandza is an amazing non-profit organization providing support for programs and holistic education for girls in Mozambique. I am so excited to join Kurandza's annual global #ISTANDFORGIRLS fundraising campaign to support 150 kids and their families with school supplies, uniforms, mentorship, financial literacy, and more. 

I've been supporting Kurandza since 2020 and this cause is near and dear to my heart because I had a mentor support me in college, and it changed my life forever. Without her support and contribution to my life, I would not be where I am today. Supporting the girls of Kurandza is my way of paying it forward. 

This month, in addition to sponsoring a girl myself, I am also helping Kurandza fundraise in order to provide more girls with access to a life-changing education. This September, I invite you to join me in helping Kurandza sponsor 150 girls back to school. 

My personal fundraising goal is $1000 (or more!) so we can sponsor 2 girls with a full year of support. 

THE IMPACT OF YOUR DONATION:

• $50 - can provide one month of education

• $100 - can provide two months of school

• $250 - can provide access to five months of education

• $500 - can provide access for a full year of education + backpack + school supplies + uniform 

• $1000 - can provide access to a full year of education + backpack + supplies + uniform for two girls.
