Hello everyone, I am excited to announce that I am going to Zambia, Africa this June to spread the good news of Jesus while I serve with Trail Missions. I am finishing my education at Grand Canyon University and I have been amazed at the different opportunities that God has provided for me to share my love for Him with others. Recently, I have been able to serve in my church's children's ministry, and currently I have the honor to serve as a life leader here at GCU leading a bible study on my floor. Looking forward to graduation, I am excited to start off my post college life by sharing the glory of our God in Zambia.
Trail Missions is reaching those who live in the remote bush of western Zambia, most of whom have had next to no contact with the outside world. The majority of these villagers have never heard about the gospel of the good news of Jesus Christ. Not only will I have the opportunity to share the gospel with these people, but my team will begin disciplining the new Christians to continue to share Christ with others. Finally, with the help of a local pastors trained by Trail Missions, my team will plant a church in the village and continue to preach at it even after my team leaves. I am so excited to see what God is going to do to bless the people of Zambia through our short-term trip, and through the continued ministries of Trail Missions.
I am looking for people to partner with me as I prepare for this trip. First and most importantly, I ask for your prayers. Mission work is never to be taken lightly and my team and I need the Lord's provision, direction, wisdom, and strength for the challenges this trip and season of preparation will entail. Please pray for our spiritual protection from the attacks of the enemy and that God will use our willingness to serve him to touch the lives of those we come into contact with on the trip. Second, if you are called to do so, I ask for your financial support. The most expensive part of this trip is the flight to Zambia which will cost over $2000. I would greatly appreciate anything that you can give. A $25 donation will give me 200 miles of my 19,240 mile roundtrip journey from Phoenix to Zambia and back. I know that if it is God's will that I go on this trip to Zambia, he will provide for me through prayer and financial support.
