IPD’s Introductory Membership Packages
The Institute for Peace & Diplomacy (IPD) is launching its membership plans for individuals, corporations, embassies, and students. By becoming a member of IPD, join a growing community of researchers and professionals in Canada and the United States who support innovative thinking and independent voices in statecraft and foreign policy and are dedicated to promoting dialogue, diplomacy, prudent realism, and military restraint.
The following membership rates are available for a limited time only as part of our introductory campaign.
Individual Membership $500/year (or $50/month)
Complimentary invitation to IPD’s annual flagship conferences: ‘Middle East Strategy Forum’ and ‘East Asia Strategy Forum’, including VIP events reserved only for IPD members;
Networking: invitations to events, debates, lectures and discussion meetings including member-only events (online and in-person);
Invitation to join private virtual and in-person convenings with other IPD members, fellows, advisors, senior foreign policy researchers and professionals, and current/former diplomats;
Opportunity to participate as an observer in private discussion sessions hosted by IPD researchers and external scholars within our four core research programs (East Asia, Middle East, International System 2050, and Canada’s Role on the Global Stage);
Advance copies of policy reports and white papers by IPD researchers and scholars;
Invitation to exclusive briefings and private post-panel Q&A meetings with speakers after IPD webinars (online and in-person).
Student Membership $200/year (or $20/month)
Networking: invitations to events, debates, lectures and discussion meetings including member-only events (online and in-person);
Access to discounted tickets for IPD’s annual flagship conferences: ‘Middle East Strategy Forum’ and ‘East Asia Strategy Forum’;
Opportunity to participate as an observer in private discussion sessions hosted by IPD researchers and external scholars within our four core research programs (East Asia, the Middle East, International System 2050, and Canada’s Role on the Global Stage);
Advance copies of policy reports and white papers by IPD researchers and scholars;
Invitation to exclusive online briefings and private post-panel Q&A meetings with speakers after IPD webinars.
Note: A valid student ID is required for student membership.
Corporate Membership $2000 (or $200/month)
Introduce up to 5 representatives to IPD who will receive event invitations and publications;
Prominent acknowledgment on IPD’s website as a Corporate Member;
Complimentary invitation to IPD’s annual flagship conferences: ‘Middle East Strategy Forum’ and ‘East Asia Strategy Forum’, including VIP events reserved only for IPD members;
Networking: invitations to events, debates, lectures and discussion meetings including member-only events (online and in-person);
Invitation to join private virtual and in-person convenings with other IPD members, fellows, advisors, senior foreign policy researchers and professionals, and current/former diplomats;

Note: IPD Corporate Membership is available to businesses or non-profit organizations that are registered in Canada or the United States.
Diplomatic Membership $1500 (or $150/month)
Introduce up to 4 official representatives to IPD who will receive event invitations and publications;
Prominent acknowledgment on IPD website as a Diplomatic Member;
Complimentary invitation to IPD’s annual flagship conferences: ‘Middle East Strategy Forum’ and ‘East Asia Strategy Forum’, including VIP events reserved only for IPD members;
Networking: invitations to events, debates, lectures and discussion meetings including member-only events (online and in-person);
Invitation to join private virtual and in-person convenings with other IPD members, fellows, advisors, senior foreign policy researchers and professionals, and current/former diplomats;

Note: IPD Diplomatic Membership is available to Canadian or American embassies or diplomatic missions around the world and foreign diplomatic missions based in Ottawa and Washington D.C.
