We pray that you and your family are staying safe and healthy, and that you are benefitting from the month of Ramadan. Let us stay hopeful that our prayers and charities will be accepted by Allah SWT! Ameen. 

We want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for supporting the masjid over the years. Indeed, we could not have done it without you. May Allah SWT reward each and every person who has helped us in keeping the masjid operational and, in turn, enabled us to support our growing community!  While we our masjid is open now alhamdulillah, and we are almost back to resuming normal function at the masjid, our operational expenses still continue, and have gone up during COVID-19. In past years, we collected almost 80% of the masjid’s budget during the blessed month of Ramadan

As we do every year, we are starting a campaign to help raise funds for our masjid. This year, campaign and have set a target of raising $80,000.  Please consider donating a minimum of 2% of your annual income, if your situation allows you to do so.  Regardless of the amount, we want you to participate in this campaign and encourage others to participate as well. 

Alhamdulillah, we  have continued to grow in many aspects of our organization. We have renovated much of the interior with new tiles and paint, and are replacing many walls that have water damage. Our educational initiatives continue to offer daily Qur’an classes at the masjid along with Islamic Studies classes for all ages through our Al-Nur Academy, Ma'rifa, & Deen Connect programs, along with our weekly Sisters' Tafseer, and bi weekly Young Muslim Hangouts. Lastly, our social programs continue as well such as the Eid dinners, Helping Hand Initiatives, and more. None of this is possible without the tremendous support of our community. Additionally, we have hired a youth mentor, Sister Lameess Mehanna, who is in charge of the many youth programs we are doing at the masjid. None of this could be possible without the tremendous support of our local community!

We all are longing for when things will get back to normalcy. In the meantime, we pray that you and your family stay blessed and safe! Please keep our masjid in your duas as well.
