The mission of Nerdy Girl Success is to change the landscape of leadership by supporting and preparing young women to become the decision-makers of today and tomorrow. 

Women are vastly underrepresented in leadership. Early hands-on experiences and mentorships are critical for sparking girls' passion and confidence to pursue leadership positions in whatever career they choose. Research shows that seeing women role models in leadership strongly influences girls' life-long interest in leadership. 

Individual donors like you have a unique opportunity to make an outsized impact. Our programs are completely free. There is never a charge to the girls, parents or campuses. Your support allows Nerdy Girls Success to seize new opportunities as they arise and address challenges nimbly.
