Ministry Partnership Scheme

The Irish Baptist College is the training department of the Association of Baptist Churches in Ireland.

Although the College exists primarily to serve the needs of our member Churches and Baptist Missions, we have a history of welcoming students from a wide variety of Christian backgrounds. Our aim is to aid those who are seeking to live out our motto: Domine Sequor (Lord, I follow).

Whether it is pastoral, missionary, women’s, youth, or children’s ministry, we believe our provision will help prepare you for ministry.

The Minisrty Partnership Scheme gives graduates a first step into ministry by providing financial support to churches and missionary organisations to appoint a graduate as an Assistant Pastor or Apprentice Missionary for a set period.

This experience equips graduates to serve more confidently in pastoral or missionary roles while also benefiting the churches and communities they serve. The scheme not only strengthens new ministries but also demonstrates the value and effectiveness of training at the Irish Baptist College. Our goal is to grow this fund with the support of churches, individuals, and Trusts.

NORTHERN BAPTIST CORPORATION LIMITED

The Northern Baptist Corporation Limited (NBC) is a Registered Company & Charity setup to provide trustee, financial and legal services for churches in membership of the Association of Baptist Churches in Ireland and for the Departments of the Association.

NBC recovers Gift Aid on behalf of the Association and its Departments. Gift Aid recovered is allocated to the Department nominated to receive the gift.
