The GiveSankofa Leader in Residence is a funded residency that gives experienced leaders something they are rarely afforded: time, space, investment, coaching, and community to restore, reflect, and reimagine what’s possible next.

Residents receive financial support alongside an individualized experience that may include executive coaching, strategic advising, restoration and reflection, meaningful relationships, and protected time to explore what comes next.

Sankofa BEE FREE Coaching

High-quality coaching can create powerful opportunities for reflection, growth, alignment, and leadership development. Yet access is often determined by income, employment, or organizational resources.

Through Sankofa BEE FREE Coaching, individuals can apply for coaching grants that provide access to high-quality coaching at no or reduced cost.

Your contribution helps make meaningful coaching more accessible so that the ability to invest in yourself is not determined solely by your ability to pay.
