Night Vision Hunts to be Drawn in January, the Ram Hunt will be drawn in May. Ram Hunt can be traded for credit for 2 night vision hog hunts. Winner will have 30 days to respond and schedule being notified via email or phone
YOUR IMPACT
Where does your $10 go? Directly into the hunts, fishing trips, and camping trips we take our Soldiers and Veterans on. For some of our trips, the ranch, company, or landowner has donated their space for us to use. Other times, we are given a discounted price, and other times we pay full price, in order to schedule these hunts.
Depending on the location and type of hunt, the price-per-hunter can range anywhere from $250, all the way up to $2,500. The majority of what is donated to us goes directly to cover those costs, while the rest is split up between meal and transportation costs, and our administrative and technical costs.
Without your support, we wouldn't be able to cover these expenses, and wouldn't be able to sent our Soldiers and Veterans on trips. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to continuing to serve our brother's and sister's in the armed forces.
AVERAGE COSTS OF TRIPS:
LOCAL HUNTS (within a 60-mile radius of our main location in Eddy, TX):
- Cost-per-meal-per-Hunter is typically $10. In order for a Hunt to qualify for covered meal costs, there must be a minimum of two valid Hunters signed up for an event.
- Cost-per-Hunter-per-Trip is determined on a trip-by-trip basis. The cost of each Hunt is determined by a variety of different variables, including but not limited to: transportation costs, number of Hunters attending, and whether or not the hunting area has been donated to us or we are raising the funds ourselves.
NON-LOCAL HUNTS (outside a 60-mile radius of our main location in Eddy, TX):
- Cost-per-meal-per-Hunter varies, and is dependent on location.
- Cost-per-Hunter-per-Trip is determined on a trip-by-trip basis. The cost of each Hunt is determined by a variety of different variables, including but not limited to: transportation costs, number of Hunters attending, and whether or not the hunting area has been donated to us or we are raising the funds ourselves.
