Established in 1994 with the sole purpose of protecting the human rights of children, PACT is the first anti-child trafficking organization in the United States seeking to end child sexual exploitation and trafficking through education, community engagement, private sector partnerships, and legislative advocacy.

CEO Lori Cohen, a visionary and transformational leader, has led PACT through a successful rebranding, the implementation of new programming, and has more than tripled the staff size since she joined the organization in 2019. These changes have allowed PACT to expand our services, work with more partners, reach more youth, and make a greater impact.
