By now we must all know we live in a sick evil world! We must always be aware of that fact! I do TNVRF feral cats and I do NOT leave my traps unattended! I will walk away and watch from a distance! Whoever left the traps are half to blame! We need to be more responsible people. Obviously someone in this apt complex did this cruel evil act, you officers should find the POS and give him maximum sentence! If it were up to me, I’d put him in a cage and drown him..that would be punishment that actually fit the crime!!

It never fails to sicken me the lowest level that people will go to , to inflict cruelty on innocent animals.I wish these people were given to the people’s’ court for judgement and punishment because the so called “legal” system never punishes adequately and these scuzzy excuses for a human being will do this again when released. The people’s court would not be so accommodating or so fawning.
