By now we must all know we live in a sick evil world! We must always be aware of that fact! I do TNVRF feral cats and I do NOT leave my traps unattended! I will walk away and watch from a distance! Whoever left the traps are half to blame! We need to be more responsible people. Obviously someone in this apt complex did this cruel evil act, you officers should find the POS and give him maximum sentence!
