Students who attend Horizons Newark's six-week, tuition-free, academic and summer enrichment program:

Reach their potential. Two-thirds of low-income children without support drop out of school. 97% of Horizons graduates attend college or post high school training.

Imagine a future without limits. Horizons students are exposed to art, music, culture, swimming, sports, cooking and more; opening up a world of possibilities.

Serve as role models. Horizons graduates return to serve as mentors and role models to current Horizons students, giving back to their deserving communities.

End the cycle of poverty. Education provides the keys to success. Horizons changes the trajectory of not only the families we serve, but their families and communities.
