This is the 5th Annual FGCU MPAS Hope to Walk 5K. We are committed to helping those in our community and those we will never meet receive exceptional healthcare and get back to moving forward.


We have had several Legs in Honor provided to patient in various countries across the globe...and we hope to continue the tradition of giving back.
