70% of mothers in the Busoga region think that menstruation is dirty and 66% of girls and women suffer from menstruation without a sanitary napkin and resort to unhealthy clothing.

Sometimes it is extremely complex, influenced by differences in socio-cultural norms, with little education for young girls on how to manage their menstruation, and how to remove the material, or and from whom they can seek information and help.

The situation carries with them a risk of infection, their self-esteem and self-confidence suffer, sometimes they leave school, as a result of which a girl can not reach her full potential and lead a healthy, productive life.

We began to respond to this crisis by donating pads to young girls and women in the Busoga region through the "Hope Charity Pads Campaign", of which 72% are young girls, women.

However, we can not do this alone; we need your support to continue this activity, may the Almighty God bless you and make your contribution
