Using donated or discount materials and volunteer labor Habitat is able to keep the cost of homes affordable for those we serve. Partner families purchase their homes with zero interest, affordable mortgages, and by contributing hundreds of hours of sweat equity, alongside the volunteers investing in their future stability.
