Honolulu Marathon Team Street Child 2026

Aloha Friends!

This December, I’m taking on my very first 26.2-mile journey at the Honolulu Marathon!

To secure my entry, I have until the end of October to hit my fundraising goal in support of Street Child. I promised one of my best friends I’d run it this year, which means stepping way out of my comfort zone to ask for your support. I promise to pay the favor forward tenfold.

Honestly? I don’t know if my body will make it. I’m probably in the worst shape I’ve been in over the last five years, but I have a rock-solid game plan—the exact same strategy that got me across the finish line at the Honolulu Half:

Every stride I take is dedicated to a mission far bigger than the finish line. I’ve partnered with Street Child, an incredible organization committed to ensuring that vulnerable children in disaster-struck regions and fragile communities across the globe gain access to safe, quality education. Tackling my first full marathon is going to test every ounce of my grit, but that challenge pales in comparison to the obstacles millions of kids face simply trying to learn and rebuild their lives after crises.
