Honolulu Marathon Team Street Child 2026

272 million children around the world are currently out of school. I’m running to help change that.

As my time as a student athlete at ASU comes to an end, I wanted to not only run a marathon, but run for something bigger than myself. Athletics has always been more than just competition to me. It is about purpose, impact, and the people behind it. This time, I’m running for a team far bigger than any I’ve ever been part of: children around the world who do not have access to education.

Through the Honolulu Marathon, I’m supporting Street Child’s mission to bring education, safety, and opportunity to children living in some of the world’s toughest places. Every mile I run and every dollar raised helps build schools, train teachers, and support children so they can learn, grow, and thrive.

This cause is deeply personal to me. One of my biggest goals in life is to support kids and help them see that they can be anything they dream. I’m currently writing a children’s book centered around this mission, because I believe education, especially access to it, is what makes those dreams possible.
