Happiness Foundation is proud to partner with Puentes Ecuador. The Puentes Program was launched in May of 2021 as a transition program for the high school graduates aging-out of children's homes and orphanages. Rooted in an Abundant Life through Christ, the mission of Puentes is to create opportunities for vulnerable young adults to pursue independence through a variety of paths including college, vocational training, or full time employment. Puentes provides transitional housing, mental health care, educational guidance, social interactions, disciple-making and mentorship. Currently, there are 15 young adults working hard toward their individual goals including 2 single moms with their children. Puentes employs a Resident Director, Program Director, and a Psychologist.
