After traveling to Mwanza, Tanzania on a surgical mission with Mending Kids last summer, I saw firsthand the impact and importance of what they do. Through screening sick patients, providing surgery, and training local healthcare professionals, 16 kids received lifesaving ENT surgical care on the mission. Access to healthcare is a major global issue, one that Mending Kids is directly addressing through its missions.
