Support Your Local Music Venue

As our world continues to be impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, HI-FI , LO-FI Lounge, and MOKB Presents will shut down through April 11 to comply with city and state gathering restrictions.  With no shows or customers, we face the tough immediate challenge of retaining our staff.  It’s evident that this will impact many businesses for a long time. While our community continues to navigate these unprecedented times, we stand with our neighbors, family and friends whose livelihoods depend on the entertainment, service and hospitality industries. 

Our team is committed to surviving this challenge and providing a full schedule of concerts to enjoy once this passes.  We’re faced with a very real dilemma:  Continue operating with the future in mind and support our dedicated staff while enduring up to 3 months with no revenue. This is specifically challenging due to the industry-specific nature of our business and a team that is highly-skilled in that business. 

Our companies are seeking out a number of local and federal support options.  It’s unclear if any of them will come through in a timely manner to make a help our staff, if at all.  Everyone is going through the same challenges, which makes it even more difficult to put our hand out for help. We’ve been urged by our loyal followers and advisors to provide an option to assist our staff, who depend on the gathering of our Indianapolis community to support themselves and their families.
