HFFC Social Action 2025 Thanksgiving Campaign 1

The Humanists and Freethinkers of Fairfield (CT) County (HFFC) has the motto "Compassion and Reason." In keeping with our motto, we engage in a variety of charitable activities. Your donation will help us maintain and expand these compassionate activities. 

HFFC Social Action 2025 Thanksgiving Campaign. This year's Thanksgiving campaign will address food insecurity, which has become a more pressing problem with the changes to SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). We will collect donations and give them to the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, the local branch of Connecticut Foodshare.

To save processing fees, you can send a check -- payable to HFFC -- to HFFC, 73 Nursery St., Norwalk, CT 06850, or send a Zelle payment to HFFC using this identifier: hffcct.zelle@gmail.com. In either case, please include “Food Bank” in the memo field. Another option is to select “HFFC Social Action Committee general fund” on the payment section on the right of this page and we will apply your donation to the food bank.
