SP 2025: 10 years of SP

Dear lovely people,

This year, SP turns 10. I can't quite believe that. 

I set up SP in 2015 as a result of a breakdown that meant I could no longer work full time. SP was a lie I told myself - I was doing something meaningful.

And yes, ten years later, we've had Brexit votes, Brexit fallout, 6 PMs, 3 General Elections, a global pandemic and a cost of living crisis.

We now have 1.2m followers across X, Facebook and IN. We're also on TikTok, YouTube, Threads and probably more that I've forgotten about now.

We reached 11 million people over the 30 days of the 2024 election.

I think we've been helpful. I hope so.

Now things are different. We have a Labour government with a huge majority. Maybe, maybe things will be steadier and smoother. Maybe.

The role of SP needs to change. We need to adapt. The country is on a new journey. We're on a new journey.

We have big plans. BIG plans.

They're only possible with your support, your kindness, your brilliance. Your support is wonderful.  It gives me hope.
