FAPS is the only no-kill, non-profit animal shelter in Fayetteville and Cumberland County supported by volunteers, grants and individual contributions. FAPS receives no state or federal funding to operate and relies solely on the community to support its mission in rescuing and successfully placing companion animals in their forever homes.
