We know that the UK market is worth four times our exports to the EU so it is clear that we must preserve the most open trade possible with ALL of our neighbours and international partners.
We also recognise that the vital support that our businesses and workers have received from government during the coronavirus pandemic has been facilitated by the pooling and sharing of resources made possible by Scotland’s place in the UK. Our focus must remain on creating the conditions to protect jobs and regrow the economy.
