Will you help Ahmed's faith to flourish in a spiritual desert?
Ahmed is a secret ‘Christian’ who lives in Morocco - a ‘closed’ country where people are not allowed to convert to other religions from Islam.
In fact, if the authorities ever found him with an Arabic Bible or a Christian book in his hands, he could be thrown into prison.
Yet all these restrictions did not stop Ahmed - and others like him - from turning to Christ.
Ahmed has been a Christian for over 10 years. He loves the Lord and is eager to access sound Bible teaching that can help him, and the small congregation that meets at his house, to root their faith in God’s Word.
Recently, I travelled to Morocco to spend some time with Ahmed, and other church leaders like him, in order to discover how our Middle East Outreach can help them.
While I was there, I saw first-hand how hundreds of Christian leaders like Ahmed, need a wide range of materials to disciple those who love Jesus but whose faith could easily wither under the heat of persecution and poverty.
Right now, we want to do all we can to help Ahmed, and other persecuted Christians like him, in countries like Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania, and Egypt, but we can’t do this without your help.
That’s why I am inviting you to give £27 or whatever you can share, to our Middle East Outreach today.
With your help, we can put hundreds of resources like The Self-Study Bible Course or The Foundation Series in Arabic, into the hands of Christian leaders like Ahmed.
What’s more, thanks to your generosity, we can give SD cards loaded with Derek’s teaching in Arabic to hundreds of Christians. Your gift can help believers who are eager to discover more Bible truths and apply them in their lives.
Together we can bless and strengthen thousands of Christians across the Middle East whose lives are affected by persecution, poverty, and war.
Yours in Christ’s service,
Middle East Outreach Director
