My name is Nidaa Mohammed Abdullah Zaqout. I am a wife and mother of three, and I write to you with a heart filled with fear for my family's future. The war in Gaza destroyed the life my husband and I had built for our children. We lost our home and our sense of security, and the horrors we witnessed left deep scars. My youngest son, whom we gave birth to after two years of waiting, suffered incredible trauma when he was trapped under the rubble for 72 hours. The horror of those days left him with psychological scars that will take a long time to heal. Now, as a family, we face another urgent battle. Our eldest son suffers from very serious illnesses, and his life depends on surgery for his kidney and other organs. Given the situation here, the complex medical care he needs is unavailable. Our only hope is to receive treatment abroad, but for a family that has lost everything, the cost is far beyond our ability. My husband and I watch our children suffer, and we feel helpless. My son is suffering from psychological trauma, and his health is deteriorating before our eyes. We are committed to giving them a chance at healing and life. They deserve a future free from pain and fear. I humbly ask for your help.
