Dear Friends and Englewood Family,

For years, my work—as a hip-hop artist, a farmer, and Director of Programs at Imagine Englewood If…—has been rooted in building spaces where our community can thrive. From Peace Campus to our gardens, to music that uplifts and heals, everything I create comes back to one belief: Englewood deserves to be seen and celebrated on its own terms.

This year, I’m launching something bigger than an album. My debut project, Trench Baby Turned Farmer, is a cultural investment. To me the trenches signify a safe space of solace whilst amongst challenging enviorments. It tells a story of my life,  resilience, transformation, and the brilliance of Englewood that too often goes untold. With your support, we can amplify the promotion, and awareness of this album so that our voices travel far beyond Chicago and plant seeds of inspiration across the world.
