For eleven years, Kehillat Nashira has gathered in living rooms, borrowed halls, and makeshift spaces. We've built not just a community but a joyful, inclusive spiritual home.
Now, we’re ready for the next chapter: a permanent home that reflects our values, vision, and warmth. We have secured a long-term building on Theobald Street in the heart of Borehamwood. With your help, we will transform it into a shared community centre for prayer, learning, celebration, and support.
Our £150,000 campaign will:
Create a dedicated prayer space and sanctuary
Build accessible facilities for all
Fit out classrooms and community rooms for all ages
Provide a shared home for Hertsmere Mencap and Nashira programmes
Equip a community kitchen for meals and simchas
Install security, safety, and essential infrastructure
