To our beloved community who is grieving with our family I would like to offer some information of transparency so you know who you are donating to to ensure it is being delivered into the right hands and for the right purpose.
My name is Carla Lacy, I am the grandmother of Aiden Leos’s 15-year-old sister, Alexis Cloonan. I have a very close bond and relationship with Aidans mother and family. I have been asked to speak on their behalf and been given permission by the mother, Joanna Cloonan to organize this fundraiser on behalf of her and the family’s needs.
As of now I will be collecting the funds and paying for all of her needs on her behalf. These generous donations will pay for a beautiful funeral to honor Aiden, replace a car for the mother, well she is unable to work it will cover the expenses for her daily living, it will also provide her the means for extensive long term medical treatment for trauma for herself and possibly her daughter, her mother and for Aiden's father when he is ready.
To help confirm my role and identity I am seen with the mother and sister on the news interviews and shortly the CHP of Santa Ana will be able to confirm my role and relationship as well.
Thank you all for honoring this precious child. Aiden's life and memory in helping his tragedy have a positive impact on this world, find justice and help his devastated family try to get through this tragedy.
