Our Mission
Hearts Chosen 2 Care is dedicated to being a bridge for resources and hope to the elderly, disabled and caregivers that support and serve this community of people, while filling in the gaps in resources.
Our Vision
The vision is to close the resource gap for the often forgotten and underappreciated population.
How We Impact the Community
We source and provide resources such as clothes, food and house supplies. We also cover the cost of medications and coordinate transportation for the elderly and disabled. Additionally, we provide support and resources for caregivers who have childcare needs, transportation issues and personal and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being.

What We Need
We are in the beginning stages of fundraising and securing grants for our 501c3 non profit and appreciate any support to assist us towards hitting our first milestone goal of $5,000.
These donations will be used to cover basic operating cost such as website design and maintenance, yearly expenses, and the marketing budget to share our vision, goals and supply needs with the community.
