Healthy City was created to raise awareness and increase education on how to improve overall health and prevent and reverse the most common disease processes from a scientific and medical research-based perspective. Healthy City is also committed to increasing the resources and support available in West Texas for those committed to adopting healthy lifestyles.
Healthy City provides programs that range from monthly community meals, grocery store tours, cooking demonstrations, community outreach programs, the community fridge, presentations, seminars and more programs to come.
