Sisters Network Central Virginia Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) African American Breast Cancer Survivorship Organization.
We are committed to increasing local and National Attention to the devastating impact that breast cancer has in the African American Community.
Our goal is to reduce the mortality rate of breast cancer among African American women by generating awareness, garnering attention, providing access to information and resources, and supporting research efforts in the ecosystem.
Now more than ever we need your help to sustain vital services and provide critical resources for women diagnosed with breast cancer in our community. No one should have to face this devastating disease alone. Whether you donate to support a newly -diagnosed survivor, a woman living with the disease or in memory of a love one or friend, we are stronger and will make a greater impact when we come together to do whatever we can to help someone in need. Our hope is that you will continue to support SNCVA so we can carry out our mission.
Our Breast Cancer Assistance Program (BCAP), will provide financial support to breast cancer survivors, especially those that have been recently impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic. There is an overwhelming and unprecedented need at this time and we want to lighten the burden that our sisters are forced to endure. This program will assist with Co-payments, Rent, Utilities and Groceries. Payments are made directly to the provider with the exception of groceries .
Again we thank you for your continued support.
