This month, we celebrate one of our favorite people— Imagination Library founder Dolly Parton. 

Dolly’s vision was to foster a love of reading among her county’s preschool children and their families by providing 

them with the gift of a specially selected book each month. 

Today, her program gifts over 2.2 million free books each month to children around the world. The Imagination Library program in Knox County, Tennessee has gifted over 3.7 million books since 2005 and mails almost 19,000 books each month. It’s through the aid of donors like you that Dolly’s mission continues to thrive. You can show Dolly your appreciation for her treasured program by supporting it.
