We are a  home based ministry dedicated to knowing Jesus and making Him known, especially among military communities.

We worship the Lord Jesus Christ. He purchased us at the cross, and has given us new life in Him, by the power of His resurrection from the dead. This hope we have in Him inspires us to share our good news with those around us.

In our lives, that has meant Bible study and prayer around a table of good food. Our goal in establishing this ministry is to multiply our resources so that we can have more people around more tables sharing food, relationships, and the Good News of Jesus Christ with each other and those God brings into our lives.

Anna and I have been leading Bible studies in our home for 12 years, almost always around a meal. As an Army family, we've moved a lot, and it has always looked different. This time was different, too. We decided to start this ministry when we arrived in Stafford, VA, and started inviting Marines into our home. Within a few weeks, we were feeding more than 20 people in our home every week. Some friends took notice and started helping with the grocery bill, we started HanniganSoap.com to support our ministry, and HanniganHospitality.org to both continue that support and provide it to other like-minded Christian missionaries serving military communities!

We're grateful to God for the opportunity to serve and grateful now to have this ministry as a means to partner with others for the advance of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ!
