Julian and Michael: fundraising

Help4Ukraine delivers ambulances and medical aid to Ukraine. To do this they need volunteer, paying drivers. Julian Critchlow and Michael Alves are funding their own ambulance to take to Ukraine. Help us deliver humanitarian aid to where it is needed.

Help4Ukraine make sure every penny raised is spent delivering aid. To date 58 ambulances have been delivered, and almost 300 tonnes of aid. Working in partnership with Ukraine Charity, Julian and Michael want to continue the delivery of vital aid.

To buy an ambulance, load it with aid, and deliver to our team in Ukraine, who then make the onward journey; before extracting the driver team back to the UK costs around £7,500.  

Every vehicle is sent directly to a hospital or fire brigade, army medical unit. Long before the vehicle leaves Help4Ukraine will work with the receivers to make sure we provide the very things they need. A complete full manifest check at the start and at the end will make sure everything we send gets though and to the right people.
