H-Net is the world's largest scholarly organization. Its driving energy comes from hundreds of volunteer editors and advisors who serve on H-Net's 190+ networks. Here, thousands of subscribers and readers meet to share information, discuss their professional and educational interests, and pursue the life of the mind online.

In order to preserve the integrity and independence of H-Net networks, we refuse commercial advertising and subscription-based access. We fund our services through revenues from the Job Guide and your donations. The funds we raise support the staff, computing resources, and programming talent that generate powerful and useful content for our editors and their networks.

H-Net respects your privacy. We do not store credit card or banking information on our servers; all transactions travel through encrypted channels to Stripe payment processor, on secure servers.
