Dear Friends of Guru Ram Das Gurdwara,

 

We are replacing our current outdated heating and cooling system with a hybrid system which has a high-efficiency gas furnace used in very cold temperatures and electric heat pumps for cooling and heating in more moderate weather.  This system will allow us to both spend less on our utility bills and to walk more lightly on Mother Earth in our use of carbon fuels.

 

The new system costs $23,000.  A generous rebate from Mass Save makes it possible for us to make this ecological choice.  With this rebate we pay $13,000.   We invite you to help us make this improvement in the Guru’s Home.
