Greenwood Project

Since 2016, Greenwood Project has created career pathways in financial services for Black and Latino college students. We rigorously train scholars in career-tracked skills they will need to succeed in finance.

With your support, our impact is significant. Seventy percent of our alumni persist in financial services and 90% have high-trajectory jobs with starting salaries of +$60,000.The salary earned in a scholar’s 20s often sets them on a path forward for the remainder of their life, compounding over time.

A hallmark of the Greenwood Project program is our wrap-around services for scholars. In addition to hard and soft skill training, we offer housing, travel, and wardrobe support. Your contributions ensure that these costs do not prevent a scholar from taking an internship.
