The Great Starfish Trail 2025

“Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker,

Inspired by the verse above, the theme for this year’s challenge is '14:31'

This is also roughly the time it takes (in hours) to drive from Lahore to Karachi. 

We have committed to walking 14.31km across the fortnight in support of  the education of Christian children in Pakistan.

Rather than reach a specific fundraising target, we'd like to encourage 5 new supporters to sign up for a monthly donation.

Adam Christian school is in a semi-rural setting 50Km north of Lahore, which opened in 2011 for just 50 children. Over the years, with support of Starfish Asia the school has grown and developed. There is now a much better understanding of teaching methods and how to create a better learning environment even within a limited budget and space. This school is now providing education for 120 children from Kindergarten till year 10.

Starfish supports Adam School with £620 per month. This is a cost of just £5 per pupil per month.
