On Saturday 9th September I will be doing a sponsored walk with my brother David.

The walk will cover 30km and take us round the perimeter of Witney, taking in Curbridge, New Mill, Milking Lane, Madley Park Estate, Cogges and Ducklington. 

For the most of the walk, we shall have a view of the Parish church of St Mary's in the centre of Witney (pictured).

 My grandaughter Jennifer will also be completing a 10km swim in our local pool!

This combined total distance of 40km, and the resulting funds, will go towards the Great Starfish Trail. I've supported Starfish Asia for a number of years, drawn by the need to support poor Christian families who have no voice and to help educate their children in the hope that they may be able to go on to obtain reasonably paid jobs to enable them to support their families.
