Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Funds received in response to this solicitation are subject to federal contribution limits ($2800 Per individual per election or $5600 per couple election). Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals without green cards, and federal government contractors are prohibited.
Federal law requires Graham Boyd for Congress to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
