Grab Life by the Balls

Have you ever helped save someone’s life, because right now you can!  Men’s mental health, in recent years it has been talked about more often… but nowhere near enough! 

I’m Owen, I have loved challenging myself my whole life, and this time have decided to represent and support the Grab Life By The Balls movement.  I’ll be raising money for this cause, this mateship, that Sam and his team have brought to life, to support men of all ages in their struggles with mental health.  Originating right here in the Sunshine Coast, and now growing and supporting men all over Australia!  

I’ll be running the Sunshine Coast Marathon on the 3rd of August and aim to run a time of 3 hours and 30 minutes.  Of course I plan to smash this, but if I don’t will be donating an extra $250 to the Grab Life By The Balls movement after the race.  But before the race, I need your help!  

It would mean the world to me to raise $1000 for Grab Life By The Balls and I’m confident we can achieve that, but only with your help.  That’s only 200 people donating $5 each, and your $5 can contribute or even save someone’s life.  

So let’s smash this target together, and really see how much we can raise awareness to support Men, boys, the very people in your family, and their mental health.
