Goal
The aim: Run 100kms in 24hours.
Challenge Day: 31st of October 2026
In 2026, Jake & Tom have agreed they are going to run 100kms in 24hours! To make things more of a challenge on their bodies and mind, they're planning to run 4.16kms every hour. This challenge isn't about setting records. It's about pushing their bodies to do something unthinkable.
Insane? Maybe!
Exciting? You betcha'!

"I’ll be straight up, I signed up for this 100km run to challenge myself. It’s something that’s been sitting in the back of my mind for a while, and I wanted to see if I could actually do it. But if I’m going to put myself through something this tough, I figured I may as well make it count for more than just me.
That’s why I’m raising money for Grab Life by the Balls. They’re doing important work supporting men’s mental health, something that doesn’t get talked about enough.
Training for 100km isn’t easy, and neither is what a lot of people deal with behind the scenes. If this run can help raise awareness and a bit of money for a good cause, then it gives the whole thing a bigger purpose.
If you’re able to donate, I’d really appreciate it. And if not, even just sharing the page helps". - Jake
"When Jake & I first mentioned the idea of running 100kms in 24 hours, it started off as a light hearted joke but slowly turned into a challenge we want to achieve. Most people think we're a little insane considering neither of us are dedicated runners, but I think that's more of a reason to show people it is possible.
We felt this challenge could hopefully inspire others to venture past their own restraints and push themselves to try to achieve something they would otherwise say no too!
Men's mental health is something that means a lot to me. As a young male who has battled depression and anxiety for awhile, I was drawn to the important work 'Grab Life By The Balls' was doing for our Australian community.
By doing this run, I hope it can start a conversation between friends, raise awareness and promote people to push themselves.
With high living costs in mind, if you can donate, I'd really appreciate the support. If you are unable too, please share our page and start the conversation with your mates." - Tom
