Thirty Years of Friendship. One Fight for Freedom. 🐘❤️
Meet Chaba (Hibiscus), 50, and Tubtim (Ruby), 60. Two grandmothers. Best friends. Soulmates. Sisters.
For 30 years, they’ve had each other. Now, they risk being separated and sold into logging or tourism.
Their owners, facing financial hardship, have reached out to Boon Lott’s Elephant Sanctuary (BLES) in hopes of securing a better future for them.
We have a chance to keep them together. Forever.
Imagine Chaba and Tubtim spending their golden years roaming the forests of BLES, foraging, resting beneath the trees, and simply being elephants.
No work. No separation. Just freedom, dignity, and each other.
Help us bring these two grandmothers home.
Every donation brings them closer to a peaceful retirement together. Can’t donate? Please share their story.
Thirty years together. Let’s make sure they never have to say goodbye. ❤️
U.S. donations are tax-deductible and may offer tax benefits.
This campaign is powered by The Elephant Initiative, a U.S. nonprofit, in support of Boon Lott's Elephant Sanctuary (BLES).

I wish we could rescue every captive elephant in the world., I wish we could re-introduce them to the wild. Until then, BLES is virtually a paradise for them considering the life of most elephants in captivity. We were there and the elephants are loved and happy together.
